Livelihood Support

The Niranthara Cohort-2 programme, supported by Dhwani Foundation and RNBA, strengthens the institutional capacity of grassroots NGOs through structured training, mentoring, and hands-on implementation support. ZBA is participating in this cohort, which focuses on governance, compliance, finance, human resources, MIS, fundraising, leadership, and technology adoption. Through the programme, ZBA is working to build stronger organisational systems, improve credibility, and achieve long-term sustainability.

Under the NFI Bandhutva (CSO Resilience Grant), ZBA is implementing livelihood promotion interventions in seven villages of Tousem Sub-Division. The initiative supports orange plantation, piggery, and yarn-based income-generation activities through Self-Help Groups (SHGs), with technical and institutional support from the National Foundation for India (NFI). It aims to strengthen community-based livelihoods, increase household income, and build SHG members’ capacity for sustainable development.
